0 STARS. My daughter really struggles in math so I figured she could benefit from this. She originally tested as 2nd grade level & she was in 4th grade. I ended up signing a yearly contract in September 2024 which was around four thousand dollars! 2 months into our contract we moved out of town I mentioned to the owner Geeta I was going to unenroll her for that reason but she insisted my daughter do their “online” tutoring program. We enrolled my son to help him boost his confidence in the classroom. He also wants to participate in the math Super Bowl and we wanted to make sure he had a good foundation to do so. He’s been at matheson for 3 months and we have seen significant improvement in his foundations and more importantly his confidence. Super pleased!

We used to be customers of the business under the old owners, where you could drop off for after school sessions. That changed with the new owners. There is zero flexibility offered via the new owners. You have to preschedule tutoring to the exact times, and if you miss or are late, you lose your time. This is no different than hiring a private tutor. You cannot drop off during a window of time. Zero flexibility. My daughter likes going and that is great. They motivate her with prices. She has been gaining confidence and getting a better understanding of the basics from which she’s building her new knowledge.
