We’ve had a great experience with Mathnasium! Even though my son doesn’t struggle with math, we wanted to give him an extra edge and help build his confidence. The tutors here are knowledgeable, patient, and really know how to engage students at any level. My son actually enjoys going, and it’s been a great supplement to what he’s learning in school. My son (3rd grade) loves coming to Mathnaiusm. He's very excited to earn prizes for the work he does there. They have all kinds of prizes from candy to stuffed animals and they even sometimes have a tablet. I also like that the lesson plans are individualized for each child and they work through it at their own pace. All the instructors and staff are great and are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.
Kind, caring, and knowledgeable staff, incredible results, hands down would 100% recommend. My son’s math grade went from consistently mid 50% to mid to high 90%. His direct quote was “They just get me there, I don’t feel stupid when I don’t understand and they just explain it in a new way” If your child is struggling with math or if they want to get ahead I cannot recommend them more. Game nights, Pokemon nights, Pi Day Celebrations, they make math fun and they make Mathnasium a place where kids want to be.
My kids have struggled with math even in 2nd grade. Luckily my friend advised me to try out Mathnasium of Brecksville where her son has been going to for some time. The staff is the nicest people you can meet. They have targeted approach to children’s personal needs in math based on testing.
