We’ve been consistently going to Mathnasium for 1-1 sessions with Mr. David for nearly three years. It’s always the highlight of my son’s week and it’s absolutely helped him keep his spark for math while growing far above grade level. Mathnasium makes math fun and the curriculum translates well to excelling in school and beyond. Mathnasium is a great place to learn Math, my son loved it and he had a good time doing it. Also he learned more abilities to get the answer in different ways for different exercises. I recommend it 100%!
My student has fully caught up to her appropriate math placement having lost math time and important math building blocks beginning with Covid and subsequent school changes/moving. She’s now working on ACT prep. The program is intentional, thorough, and monitored closely. The secret sauce is the staff. They create a “team” feeling and it’s obvious that kids actually enjoy being there. Staff rock!!
Our daughter began going here in August when she was 4 years old (she’s now 5) because she showed an interest in math. It’s been such a great experience. She’s learned so much in just a few months, but more importantly, she’s developed a wonderful sense of pride and confidence. Everyone at Mathnasium is so kind, approachable and supportive, and she looks forward to going each week!
We love Mathnasium in Oak Park! They are very helpful and easy to communicate with, and we noticed real improvements in our kids math skills!
