I had an unpleasant interaction with the parts manager / sales guy Steve in Leesburg. Here's the odd thing... I live near Kansas City. I ended up purchasing a Branson Tractor that I purchased in Kansas. The tractor exhibited a problem and I took it to a Missouri dealer for warranty repair. The Missouri dealer tried to fix it, and made it worse. Then they tried to fix that and it became catastrophically bad.
