Bray sold us this mattress with quick, easy, and wonderful customer service. We are sleeping good……Too good. The stray cats and the outside cats somehow broke in and ransacked the house, knocking multiple things off the counters. I’m talking Olympic-level chaos. Wonderful sales personnel; kind and easy to work with
I had one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I’ve ever had with a retail business at Mathis Sleep. While filling out financing information, I very deliberately asked multiple times if this would be a pre-qualification that would not affect my credit. I was told clearly and confidently by Seamus McGinnis that it would not be a hard inquiry. That turned out to be completely false. They went ahead and ran a hard credit inquiry anyway — without my informed consent — which negatively impacted my credit score. I... read more
