Trenton (my sales associate) was very knowledgeable, courteous and made the experience I was dreading very pleasant.
Seamus at the Mathis sleep Center in Shawnee was AMAZING. He let us take the time, gave us space when needed and had a great sense of humor. Upfront and knowledgeable with all of our questions with no BS
The sales people were great however I was extremely disappointed with Synchrony finance as they rejected my request for a 0% 3 year loan! My credit score is well over 800 and yet I still was denied! So explain to me why someone who pays their bills is being penalized by doing so?? I only owe on my new truck and have more than enough to qualify. (On a side note I went and got cash and paid for my purchase!)
Seamus was very knowledgeable about all the mattresses and helped us pick out one that is perfect for us.
