We had an excellent experience. Josh was very considerate and helpful. He was thoughtful and responsive to our needs. We definitely recommend shopping at the Fort Smith store.
Absolutely no service after the sale. Horrible mattress and they won’t allow me to exchange or return since it’s been 9 days and 7 days is the cut off which is not what I was told when I purchased this $6000 piece of crap.
