Purchased their best and most expensive mattress with 25 year warranty. Mattress was intolerable at 3 years and 3 months. They hide ridiculous fine print in the warranty. They would not make any concessions or prorate a repair or replacement.
Very happy with our experience. Taylor was a huge help without being pushy. Would recommend to others.
