They completely forgot about my appointment!! Showed up and nobody was there. I waited 20 minutes the salon was completely empty. I ended up just leaving, they do not value people as their customers as I, the CLIENT, was the one that had to email them and reach out letting them know I showed up and nobody was there🤦🏻♀️ super unprofessional

2nd time going to Mathis salon and love it there.The owner answered all my questions and did amazing job on my face. I use to go somewhere esle for injections and salon services but now I have found a hidden gem.
