The Mathis team was great. Responded to my request to see a house within minutes and I was in the house within a hour. Took the time to answer all my questions and I really enjoyed working with them. Highly recommend!
The Rickey Mathis Jr. team is a team of elite service providers in the local market. There are few people that work as hard as them and have the same level of expertise. I would definitely do business with them again. On top of that, they are the type of people you could enjoy a nice evening with.
If you are a buyer I highly recommend finding a different agency to work with. The realtor did nothing to help recover the escrow funds after the sellers refused to repair the major issues to the roof, electrical and plumbing! She could have cared less about helping…hence the reason the escrow fund disappeared. Not trustworthy and not professional. Disappointing is an understatement!
