Edit: I called customer service and they won’t do anything to help as it is “out of the one year manufacture’s warranty.” Shame on them for not vetting their furniture for quality and charging so much for such cheaply made furniture. I will not be purchasing from this company again. I cannot believe we paid over $1000 for a bed frame that we assumed would last us 20 years. Just over 3 years in and this bed frame broke. I thought this would be the most reputable furniture company to deal with . I was wrong big time . Beware of online ordering with MATHIS BROTHERS. I ordered 2 couches online in the Mathis brothers website. After hitting the button and purchasing I got worried I should see them in person first . I called 5 minutes after the purchase.
