Experience at store and purchase of two sofas and a rug went well. Delivery was bad which accounts for the low rating. Had to wait almost two weeks to get a date that worked. Had to call to get a delivery time. Got a time of 1:50 to 3:50. Later got and email that changed it from 3:59 to 5:59. Tried to change time and they were unable because it’s a 3rd party delivery. Didn’t want to wait longer so we had to cancel dinner reservations to get our furniture.
Kassidy and Ryan were amazing! They spent the time and personal attention to get us the furniture we wanted and needed! Great job!
Couldn’t be happier with the purchase and the process.
My origional review was "Very helpful and knowledgeable" but now after being contacted by the store multiple times telling me the price of the chairs have increased first by $600 each then $200 each. I am not sure if I was being scamed or there are issues at the store.
