I had a great experience this place got it all it is asbig as a football stadium and full of great furniture if you are looking for something they have it !! and we got what we were looking for it was worth the trip . saved me a lot of time got me the right desk at the right price.
I bought a couch set online and after asking multiple questions to multiple reps over the phone I was guaranteed the product would excel my expectations. I’ve received the product and to start off with, they did not deliver it to my door as stated they would have per their shipping. The staff is very accommodating and kind. They are very helpful in making the right decision concerning your decor. The manager is outstanding!!! Such a wonderful person.
This place is absolute trash. They act reasonable when they sell you the furniture, but once the purchase is done, the customer service is horrendous. I worked with one of the designers, Robin. Horrible experience from the start. I was excited at first, but her designs were poor and she had no idea how to be a good sales person. I was originally going to purchase a large amount of furniture, but decided to only buy the bare minimum pieces that I wanted.
