ALL MATTRESSES SUCK Well, Mathis Brothers has joined the ranks of all the other companies selling mattresses, like Banner, Sears, etc..I've ended up buying 9 mattresses in 3 years , . I just found out all big companies make their mattresses out of manmade plastic Polyurethane form (very cheap). So they make big profits. I just heard we should be buying 100% Latex mattresses , Latex is Natural coming from rubber trees. . Now I'm trying to locate a dealer who's local. However, he was very helpful and assisted me with questions I needed answered. Informative The people at the store were nice and informative, and the delivery was swift. My complaint is the product was lack of a better term, crap. The box bed broke within 3 to 4 months, one of my wheels broke on my frame, and the bed gets hot. I live in the desert so my bed getting hot is frustrating. Even after i put on some sheets the darn thing gets hot to fast. The reason i bought it as because my old bed i started getting back pains, and i purchased this one to hopefully feel better when i sleep, but it is not muc... read more

Excellent The furniture was purchased for a new winter home there in Indio. We live in Indio winter seasons only. We live at: 5757 Easley Rd. Golden, CO 80403 the rest of the year. The staff has agreed to hold our back orders as they arrived until such a time as we can be back in the fall. We appreciated that especially. Over all the only thing we'd have liked better is not having to wait so long for delivery. Knowing circumstances we did understand why. Thank you, Jeanetta Scott

Reasons for coming to your store Upon arrival at your store, we were greeted by one of your sales associates. She simply asked what we were interested in and proceeded in a professional and knowledgeable manner. She did not attempt to pressure us in any way, loved that. That is one reason we bought at your store. Other reasons are price and availability. Your delivery personnel were very good, courteous and helpful. Willing to place and replace the furniture as we requested. Only thing I did not like was the delivery charge.... read more
