Harold arrived promptly and did everything he could to unclog our sewer line to the street. Unfortunately, he determined that the 70+ year old cast iron pipe was rusted through the bottom and had to be replaced. I’ll use Mathis again if ever needed.
Great experience with this company! 1st time caller. We had a slight emergency with clogged pipes, early morning, which was caught in time by yours truly. It could have been a disaster if I didn’t put toweled down. Mathis Bro’s responded quickly, and arrived at around the time they said they would. Kyle diagnosed the issue, and fixed the issue rather quickly.
