If there was a higher scale I would give this business 10 stars. Honest reliable and does excellent work. My 2015 Acura mdx has never run better. Totally recommend.
Terrible work wouldn't recommend to anyone. If you need motor or transmission work do not come here. This should be a lube shop and thats about it. Terrible business
I took my Ford f 150 to have its transmission repaired. Steve told me he could have it done in a couple weeks. I did say no rush but I had no idea it would result in him neglecting my vehicle for 6 months. It's still sitting behind his shop. I have called numerous times since last October asking when it will be finished. Every time he says next week. He gives excuses from they sent the wrong one to his sick and short staffed. Initially, Mathis Automotive repaired a leak on the rear axle of our 2010 Suburban very quickly and we were happy with their service. We then took a much larger issue to them. My son's first truck's timing chain blew apart. A 2010 5.4L F150 (170k miles). Mathis recommended rebuilding the front end of the engine, instead of replacing it. By the time they had "finished" the repairs, the price was over twice the amount they had originally quoted.
