The first time I took my vehicle in for the timing chain Steve was kind and helpful. Fast forward 8 months later - same issue and I was out of warranty, but was still going to have the shop do the work (even though they didn't replace the selonoids the first time as they should have been when the timing chain was replaced the first time).
