I called on a Sat. Morning and within 20 min a technician arrived and assessed my issue. Thank you Tom and Eric for all your help and working with me to fix my problem.
I call on Wednesday looking for someone asap and am told the first available is Monday. So you are booked 24 hours through Monday? No, but Monday's the first available. There is no 24 hour service, it's a joke.
