We have come to this medical group since it was began, 30+ years ago. Dr. Mathieu had been professional, courteous, and helpful. We visit almost every year. When a relative who had no insurance needed help, they worked with her to make a visit possible and treated her with respect. We purchase eye glasses at Walmart since they sell them significantly lower in price even with the insurance allowance provided us, but I believe that is the same as other eye doctors. I would highly recommend Dr. Mathieu.

Don't use the website to book an appointment because they don't bother to call or email to let you know if you have an appointment. I scheduled an appointment on line 5 days ahead only to arrive at the office to have them tell me they had no record and that they only contact you if your appointment time is ok instead of calling to set up an alternative time- very poor customer service.
I had been a patient of Dr. Mathieu's for nearly twenty years (since I was four years old). I am currently a pharmacy student (which takes six years) and ended up losing health insurance when I turned 24 (I was under my parents). I have recently had various issues regarding my vision (burning, itching, very blurry, etc.). When I inquired about their payment plans, I was rudely turned away!
