Dr. Bostrom is an EXCELLENT Orthopedic surgeon! He successfully replaced my collapsed hip in 2019 when no surgeon would touch me in the Philadelphia area. He even called me from his personal cell phone with the severity of my MRI results while I was driving home from my initial consult-that was on a Thursday-he offered to do the surgery the following day. Possibly good technically but when there is a complication he will gaslight you to make his statistics look better. Left me with a large hematoma after a hip replacement, REFUSED to get me an MRI, wanted to throw steroids at the problem. I am a physician and I am able to self advocate. I went to another orthopedist, got the blood drained from my hip and did a lot of PT. 7 years later, I still have issues with the musculature in that hip as he did a full posterior hip replacement and was destructive to the muscles in the pelv... read more
Dr B has been so attentive he was in London for a conference and the first thing he did on a Sat. night when he landed was call me to see how I was doing. Impressive and his office staff is extraordinary.
Dr. Bostrom is an outstanding Orthopedic surgeon. I had both hips replaced by him a year a part and am doing great. The care I received was top notch. Dr. Bostrom and his care team is awesome. When it comes to hip replacement, Dr. Bostrom is the best in the business.
