Very thorough and attentive doctor, and also very personable. Provided the most accurate and specific diagnosis with clear, detailed notes. By far better than other doctors I’ve seen at Kaiser!
Smug and dismissive of concerns and problems, underneath superficially affable demeanor. Impossible to get a hold of; ignored repeated messages with time-sensitive requests/questions for weeks, then refused to fill out a basic work accommodation form, claiming that these issues hadn't been discussed during the appointment (despite having clearly explained how my health was impeding my ability to work).
Easily the worst doctor I have ever seen.
Dr. Schar is amazing. He listened thoroughly to my issues, devised a course of action, and was kind and caring. It was my first appointment with him and already I feel more heard and cared for than in the years I have spent with my previous doctor. He is excellent and I couldn’t recommend him more.
Went to see Dr. Schar today for the first time and had quite a history to catch him up on. He listens, got my entire history correct, as was evident in the KP app when I returned home to review. Dr Schar was personable and truly cared for my well being. I've seen a few doctors in my day and I have to say he's definitely extremely good at his job. Thank you for the excellent care and your dedication to patient care has changed my view of an HMO and Kaiser Thx Adam
