If you happen to be in Leeds & have a few hours to kill pop into M&R. Hours just fly by whilst you’re waiting for them to them to help, if you happen to have one of those telephone things give them a call, you’ll not get any sense but watching days go by on the calendar awaiting the promised call back is a hugely entertaining pastime. Hopeless !

Place an online order on a Friday, pay and then find out half the stuff isn’t actually in stock, turn up to collect and nobody knows anything about the order, go home and speak to someone on the phone who refunds the missing parts and says we can come back to collect at lunchtime what was in stock, turn up and even more parts are now missing and all you get from the online team is ‘we don’t have the stock’, utterly ridiculous, think they need to sort out their stock checking system !!!

After spending hours researching materials and costs I came across Plumbing for Less. The service received was second to none, coupled with the fact that the materials purchased were of the highest quality and 'the price was right!'
