Dr. Mathews is an amazing Doctor, he has been the only Dr that has helped me control my Migraines and the only Dr to accurately diagnosed my mothers condition after 20 years of suffering. However he has the worst staff I have ever seeing, starting with the Front Desk but specially his assistant. Shes doesn't care about the patients, she's so rude and unprofessional and will be the only reason why I might look for another Neurologist. The one prior to her was great.

Dr. Mathews was previously my favorite doctor. He has now moved to Irving and into a nicer building. Something has shifted with the move. The person who is scheduling is placing his appointments too close together or they are just trying to see more people during the day. During my appointments he no longer gives me his full attention and does not listen to what I am saying. I feel like they are trying to get me in and out the door as soon possible and not addressing my health situation.
