I have been an Allstate customer for 25 plus years and they continue to exceed my expectations. I have not had many claims over the years but when I did, They took great care of me and quickly also. dp
Drove vehicles insured through Allstate policies for nearly a decade. My car was totaled (other driver at fault) so Allstate didn't need to do much. But, according to the DMV, my insurance company was responsible to file a form with the DMV when a new car is registered after an accident.
