For once, I had a service experience that I cannot say enough good things about! Mathews Service, and Ryan in particular, provided me more than outstanding service. Amazingly enough, an extended warranty on my car paid off in my favor. I was caught way off guard when I learned my six year old Mustang was going to require a new motor. Had parts needed for recall, did what was needed and did not try to upsell unnecessary service. Friendly and knowledgeable service advisor. Pleasant experience all around.

It should not take any where from an hour to an hour and a half every time I have scheduled maintenance appointment for things that would not take more than 20 minutes and cost less elsewhere. I go back to the dealership for routine maintenance so my service records are nearly in 1 place. Maybe not so much after this. All while customers wait in a filthy waiting room where floors, table tops and furniture hasn't met up with a cleaning crew for a very long time.
