they did not do my deep cleaning, nor did they fix the things I needed them to fix prior to moving in. I closed on the 23rd of March. They built my house in Opelika. Took them way too long to build it, fixing defects takes months when it should take days. When grading the lot next door, they ripped my sprinkler head out - it took over two weeks to fix it. When they did, they claimed it was on the other property so they moved the head too far into my property, never tested it and it sprinkles the side walk rather than the yard for most of of the cycle.
