Installed their slide by windows. The tracks fill up with water. They said it was because they weren’t made to be used in windy areas. Guess that means they are indoor windows. Even with the slightest breeze if any water gets on the glass it leaks. If the water is coming in how bad is it leaking air all the time? Have Harvey slidebys in another room facing the same direction. Never saw a drop. I say stay away.

Sanford Hills design: Short summary. DON'T buy them. Long summary: We just finished building a $2mm home. I project-managed the build and its framed about as well as it gets. Half our windows are Marvin. Half are Mathews. The Marvin are EXCELLENT. The Mathews leak like 100 yr old windows. To be clear, I know the difference between radiant cold and cold, blowing wind!
