Poor listener!! I was injured during a violent "prostate exam" by another doctor, which left me in severe pain, with blood in my urine. Dr. Simmons ignored my complaint and assumed I had a bacterial infection. He prescribed me a dangerous antibiotic, although multiple tests showed no infection, and then he left me standing with my pants around my ankles after his own prostate exam, without even handing me a tissue to clean up with--the most common courtesy in his profession. Jerk!
Dr. Simmons is a very knowledgeable Urologist. He explains things very well. and is courteous & Understanding of the patient's feelings. He is, also, great in the surgery room. I'd recommend him to a family member.

My the good fortune of friends in the medical community and a cancer survivor friend, I was blessed to have found this doctor! I was diagnosed with prorate cancer 7 weeks ago and had a radical prostatectomy this past Monday, the 8th of February, 2016.
