My wife and I recently had the pleasure of working with Mathew on the design of our new family home. Mathew had a strong understanding of exactly what layout we were looking for and he was able to effectively maximize the use of our land area to create the perfect home for us. Mat was highly recommended to us and definitely did not disappoint. He listened to all our requests and offered his advice. His draft plan was almost perfect, only a few changes had to be made. Fantastic experience. From start to finish the team delivered. Mathew listened to our needs and requirements and made some great recommendations as well which we would not have thought of originally. From the get go Mat was very easy to deal with. He is a super friendly guy and very welcoming. He showed a genuine interest in everything we had to say which made trusting him to design our home so much easier. From the get go Mat understood what we were after and quickly got back to us with the completed drawings. We could not be happier with the service we have gotten from Mat. From the design to follow up emails and of course the end result, the whole process was so easy. Everything has been exactly what we were after!!
Matt came highly recommended, and he didn't disappoint. We have a challenging site, narrow block with elevation changes on top of a hill. Matt was fantastic to work with and turned our hand sketched mud map into the house of our dreams. From the very first set of drawings to the fly through 3D rendering we were blown away. Highly recommend!!
