Heads up: I drove from eastern Washington on the premise that they were to be in office until 3:30 pm today (Friday). I show up at 1:30 PM, to find the whole place closed and locked up. Come to find out the people on site had gone home early, without ANY regard for the appointment they made with us to pickup the lumber prior to 3:30 PM that we purchased. Alert!!! Do not purchase materials from this place. Poor communication. Lack of response when trying to return excess materials. Spent 24+ thousand on James Hardie siding materials. When tried to return unused materials sales person went unresponsive. I been in construction for 28 years and never had such a horrible experience with a supplier.
Great place to get materials in the middle of the state on my way to serve Washington
