Excellent service and communication. Reasonable rates and appointments are always on time with little to no wait.
My wife called for an emergency. A metal wire came loose from her retainer and when she called explaining she can’t eat without pain and needs help they suggested she clip it off with a nail clipper or wait until next month to see someone.. Horrible customer service, not impressed. The dentist nearby had her in next day to help.
receptionist super rude and wants to charge 200 for top and 200 for bottom retainer when they should be an all together charge obviously you want both
Goldberg Orthodontics really put “patient” in patient care. Dr. Goldberg was very informative and walked me through the entire process of my orthodontic journey. He was calm and made sure he answered all my questions and concerns. Having braces as an adult can be scary and painful and trust me it was a unique experience. I can't speak highly enough on my experience at Goldberg Orthodontics. The team made me feel so comfortable and really cared for while I was a patient there. They are so intentional with their work and really want to give you the best results, while also protecting your teeth. They are just the best and I am so grateful to them for bringing my smile back to life!
