I had just called the clinic and got the WORST customer service I had ever received! Okay yes, it was a B2B work call and I deal with rejection daily, totally fine! However, most receptionists have the courtesy to hear you out and politely decline. This girl, HORRIBLE ATTITUDE, hung up on me mid-sentence and then picked up, and immediately hung up when I tried to reconnect with her. INCREDIBLY RUDE and highly unprofessional. If you cannot be pleasant, maybe you should reconsider your choice of employment! HAPPY HOLIDAYS! :)
Dr. Gajjar and his staff provide an excellent and professional dental experience with an emphasis on patient comfort. He explained the procedure and welcomed questions to ensure a comprehensive understanding, including time frame and estimated cost. Very pleased and highly recommend.
Had a couple great experiences at this Dentist. Dr Gajjar and his staff are very friendly and experienced. I recommend this Dentist if you are in need of dental work. They accepted my Canadian Dental Program card without issue, Parking is easy and convenient too! You cannot go wrong visiting the Matheson Dental Centre!
