Had a problem with my previous supplier, the team at Matheson plain city, helped me switch and get my gas and ready for the season.
Not generally one to leave a review… we had called to have our tank removed so we could switch providers (after many recurring issues with Matheson). They said they’d schedule a day to come out. We never heard about a scheduled day. Went to use the stove today and it wouldn’t light. Looked outside and they took our tank without notice or speaking with us (we were home!!!) before removal. After looking at other reviews I doubt we will see a refund for the 200 gallons they took with the tank… would advise everyone to stay. The... read more
We recently switched to natural gas and "sold" back our gas and they picked up the tank. It has been almost three months and our refund of over $800.00 has NEVER been returned to us. We called the location in Plain City several times and they couldn't give us answers, then we called the corp. office 3 times and left messages for the accounts payable department and no one will return our calls.
