We really appreciate the speedy service! From talking with the receptionist who was very friendly to the wonderful delivery person who was easy to talk to and happy to answer my husband’s questions, you are customer oriented all the way.
Way too expensive. Online payment portal is unusable.
Matheson is unable to effectively coordinate delivery of residential propane during crucial winter weather. We call 2 weeks in advance requesting a delivery and they can't accomplish it. This has occurred for the last 2 years. We will definitely be switching to another company in the spring.
They came out and filled the tank up with propane and locked it so we couldn't use it!! Saying something about a overdue bill and it needing to be paid! It has now been paid and the lady over the phone named Cara/Kara however she spells it is completely rude and nasty toward her customers!! I've done what they have said and now she keeps giving excuses that they don't know when they can come and unlock it!!
