I can't tell you how deeply disappointed I was with my initial call to CNOS. When I told them I was with Samaritan health care sharing instead of traditional insurance, the person I talked to told me I should wait until I got on an insurance plan. That's not what I needed. I have been struggling with back pain for years and have tried many solutions that didn't work. It took every ounce of strength in me to call CNOS and try one more time. And then I basically got told to go away.
They can't put notes in the patient's file when needed. Most physicians have notes in the file within a couple of days. Need continued care and cannot receive the proper care when the notes are not there to be seen.
