I have just had the worst experience in this store. I had an older blonde woman immediately treating me horribly because of my size and tried to claim she 'wouldn't have anything wide enough' for me when I was looking for new work shoes. She snatched a shoe out of my hand whilst I was looking at shoes. She said these things in front of a male staff member. I walked out of this store without further browsing. Probably the best experience we’ve had in a shoe store for our child getting ready for school. The staff was very professional and thorough, offering a wide range of options. One standout was Bassy, who was exceptional—knowledgeable, patient, and really helped us customize the perfect fit. Their expertise made a huge difference in ensuring our child got the right shoes.
