Customer service this afternoon at the Miranda store was amazing. It was very refreshing to see someone more interested in my son’s needs rather than selling something.
I received the most AMAZING service from Giselle, the manager at Miranda store. I can't put accurately in words how awesome Giselle is. I was looking for boots. Giselle was looking after an elderly customer. I was so impressed with Giselle's manner and her kindness and assistance with the elderly lady. She was so very patient and sweet.
