All the reviews are correct - very poor customer service here, even now. The older woman working here on Tues Feb 4 was unpleasant, condescending and just plain rude. Obviously needs comprehensive training in customer service (and basic human decency). There were good discounts on school shoes there but Shoes & Sox had similar deals AND their service was great - it was easy to decide where to spend my money.
My daughter in law and I went shopping today for shoes.We were served by Carmen .Very helpful and professional with suggestions and tips for easy shopping offers!!! Thank you for making it so easy for us !!!
Shoes were nice, staff ignored me
