Very unfriendly lady working there. Went in to get school shoes for my children. When my son tried on shoes and I went to check where his toes are, the lady got irritated and said if you check it like that you will be here all day very rudely. Then pulled out the insole and showed me and said see a thumb width. I was going to ask for the next size up but I didn't bother because I felt she would just criticise me for even asking. I went into the Lismore Square Mathers today to return a pair of school shoes I'd bought online (i didnt realise my mistake at the time - I'd bought them from Williams not Mathers). Despite this, Sharon was amazing! Her customer service skills are exceptional. She made the process super easy, gave me directions on how to return them and couldn't have been more helpful.
