I went into the Lismore Square Mathers today to return a pair of school shoes I'd bought online (i didnt realise my mistake at the time - I'd bought them from Williams not Mathers). Despite this, Sharon was amazing! Her customer service skills are exceptional. She made the process super easy, gave me directions on how to return them and couldn't have been more helpful. Went in today looking for work shoes after a horrible customer service experience at Athletes foot and the lady that served us here was so absolutely wonderful I could have cried! Attentive, knowledgeable, kind, caring fantastic customer service!! Thank you so much!!
