Great customer service by the two ladies on at 3.15pm Mathers Eastland today - both staff were looking to offer assistance to the store patrons present.
Went for some work dress shoes for my extra wide feet. I received fantastic service from Prue, who made sure that I had the exact fit that I needed. I walked out with 2 pairs of shoes that fit perfectly.
Couldn’t do enough to help, professional and great communicators. Also, they have a dedicated section for size 11 ladies!
We just had the best service at Mathers Eastland. Found beautiful, comfortable and really well-priced boots for my wife. Themeda was wonderfully engaging knowledgeable and pleasant with not a hint of the hard sell. We'll be back!
