It’s been struggle to get hold of him to pick up the calls or emails. The office has no one to pick up calls or even if you leave a message, they don’t even get back to you. It’s very unprofessional and will not continue to do so use as with him.
10/10 recommend. David has been doing our taxes for a few years now. He’s very knowledgeable, respectful, & professional. He is super helpful with explaining our tax refund and any questions we may have regarding any of our tax documents.
Call this dude Patrick Swayze. 0 stars if possible. First and foremost, its impossible to get ahold of him. Secondly, if you do get ahold of him, he quickly says hes with a customer and cannot talk--and good luck getting ahold of him again. Last but not least, VERY unprofessional how he have you send him ALLL your info, (after a booked appointment) but then ends up GHOSTING you, leaving you clueless on whether to move forward or not. I would not recommend David unless you want to work with someone who will never respond to you. I worked with David on my 2020 taxes. He was responsive at first, and submitted my taxes. A few weeks later I was notified that my taxes were incorrect and would not be receiving the refund David had calculated. I then spent the next 6 months trying to reach David to figure out what was going on - his phone number, his office, sent emails, no response at all. I' did my taxes with David Nguyen last year 2019; I had him do 2017, and 2018 together paid him $275.00 , started school this summer 2020 and my FA told me to do a tax verification with my 2017 taxes; come to find out my 2017 were never filed.
