I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent experiences with this service department have been extremely disappointing. I own a relatively new GMC truck that began developing a vibration during braking. At approximately 41,400 miles, I was told the brakes and rotors were severely damaged and needed replacement, resulting in a repair bill of approximately $1,300.
