Update, they made it out asap. Found another issue with the furnace. I can't say enough good things about the service Scott offeres, but not sold on this furnace. Too many problems on a new unit. He said they will take care of it, but offers no reliability to heat my home. At a loss at this point. Purchased a new furnace almost 2 years ago from this company. Since it was installed it's never ran properly. They have had to come out every season change as the furnace would not kick on and even effected parts on my ac when usin... read more
Scott came out within hours of my call. Found the actual issue(cracked manifold) within minutes after another company just blamed my smart thermostat. Then had the whole furnace replaced in under 2 business days. I couldn't be happier with the work.
Very knowledgeable, friendly, prompt and there prices are great. Can't say enough about this company. The negative they received has to be a mistake.
Contacted them in January about my heat going out they came out two months later to look at it and they said they would order a part and be back it’s October
