Ray has been great. Has helped save 30+ year old fibreglass pool, many times over many years. And it's not an easy job he is faced with believe me. At times ive been pulling hair out. Ray has come out to save us (after hours and during) many times when things have gotten way out of hand for me. Algae issues. Ray though saved the day more times than I can remember when pool has turned uncontrollably green Thanks Ray. Your patience is very appreciated.

Nice bloke,but should stay to know what he knows, chemicals. I had a situation which was different and cost more than it should
Cranky old man, wouldn't sell me what I wanted regardless of my reasons. Forced me to buy granular chlorine and all I wanted was 10L of liquid. He raised his voice, swore at me and said he's been serving pools for 45 year's and he knows what he's talking about. ( And he probably does however I walked away unhappy with a product I didnt want. ) I would have walk out with nothing however I was exchanging a product he sold my wife when I asked her to get liquid Chlorine.... I was referred to this store by a neighbour and I haven't looked back. Ray is the most knowledgeable man I know re anything pools! And not just that. He's a dear and lovely man who is genuinely is interested in you as a customer and your pool needs. He's helped me out re salt, spare parts and never, ever over-charges. I can't recommend Ray's store enough!
