Good variety of well maintained equipment. Sahar, Aggam, Deep and all the trainers are extremely knowledge and supportive and the gym has a supportive community of regulars. Good for first timers and long term gym goers.
I’ve been going to Mates Gym and it’s honestly a great place to work out. The environment is very friendly and welcoming, and everyone here is respectful and easy to talk to. The exercises are tailored to suit your body and goals, which makes a big difference. The coaches are always available if you need help during workouts and they also give useful advice on diet and fitness. The gym is fully equipped and well managed.
