Beware of the 10-Week Challenge. It actually works. I joined just to “see how it goes” — next thing I know, I’m eating better, training harder, and dropping kilos. The worst part? The trainers kept checking on me. Like… texting me, encouraging me, and refusing to let me give up. I couldn’t even ghost them! Everyone in my group kept leveling up — and now I have results I wasn’t even ready for. Honestly, if you're looking for excuses, this place will ruin them. Enter at your own risk.
