About a month ago, we found our 5-yr-old, 120k-mile car would not run. We called this mobile mechanic who arrived within an hour ($150 service call). After checking, testing, listening, etc. he diagnosed that the fuel pump was broken. When asked if it could be anything else like a bad switch, chewed wire, bad sensor, the answer was "no, there's power at the pump and it's not running." Matthew came and changed the starter in my truck! It was cold outside and I was on a slanted driveway. He was very professional, didn’t complain once and worked very fast! Quick and reliable mobile auto mechanic. Was able to diagnose our truck and refer us to a mobile locksmith to help. Decided to have them look at another one of our vehicles the same day and had them replace the power steering pump and idler pulley. The cost for them coming to us was reasonable and they accepted several forms of payment. We will continue to utilize Materz for future vehicle needs.
