MY EXPERIENCE WITH MATER RV WAS HIGHLY SATISIFYING. THE MEN AND THEIR WORK WAS HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL THEY REPLACED MY DESTROYED AWNING AND FRAME AT MY HOME. THEY SHOWED UP WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD AND DID A HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL JOB IN A EXTREMELY TIMELY MANNER. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
We have used Mater's in the past. They were ok. Not real responsive. They truly don't understand customer service. This past time we had a problem with a valve on our blank tank. They were suppose to fix it. We called each week for three weeks & they didn't show when they were suppose to. Finally on the last call the lady told us to go to another RV repair service, to wait three weeks & then be told that is so ridiculous. We won't ever recommend them again.
