This has been the absolute best thing for me during my pregnancy. I had initially been referred to a maternal and fetal medicine attached to a hospital system and receive wrong information. Dr. Dylan was able to correct this and explain everything she’s constantly reassuring. The ultrasound tech is actually a medical doctor and she is so smart and helpful and calming. My experience with Maternal Fetal Specialists has been mixed. Dr. Dhillon is amazing. Unfortunately, you don't see her much. Her ultrasound tech is incompetent. For someone who is high risk, experienced loss before, and very anxious about her current pregnancy, having a competent ultrasound tech is a must. My first visit had me in tears as she was acting like something was wrong, although not saying anything, for 10 minutes. Also didn't know to turn the screen for the patient to see. Dr. Dhillon and team were all amazing. They explained the purpose of each scan which allowed me to make informed decisions for my health and that of my unborn child. Would definitely recommend if you're ever in need of a Maternal Fetal Specialist facility.
Our dietitian experience was beyond frustrating. We had some questions on diet to manage my gestational diabetes, and her response? "You can Google it. Check the American diabetic associations website." Why are we paying hundreds of dollars out of pocket for a 3 minute conversation with someone so dismissive and incompetent? On top of that, she keeps pushing for an induction at 38–39 weeks, even though my baby is measuring 6.3 lbs at 37w6d, 18 percentile and my blood sugar is perfectly controlled. This place is horrible. The front desk and manager are liars. The front desk moved my appointment without my consent. She threatened if I don’t come she will charge me $150. I ended up driving there and she called while I was at the parking lot and canceled my appointment and hung up. I ended up reaching out 5 times, no answer. Please run! A month later the front desk person called and demanded that I need to give them an apology. Worst customer service ever!
