The quality of care was fine. The phone service was atrocious. You can't have quality of care if you cannot get an appointment. While they did call me back each one of the times i called and left a voicemail, i sat on hold for 10 minutes each time just to leave said voicemail. Many people do not work jobs that allow them to just pick up the phone when they call you back so actually getting a receptionist/scheduler would provide much needed value. Great experience here! I had a very friendly sonographer named Katrina. She talked through what she was doing and made the experience much more enjoyable. She was patient and kind. She captured all the images we needed quickly. Highly recommend her!
I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this care team. After having a high risk/complicated pregnancy just recently...the staff helped me through it all with such compassion and knowledge. Angie ( the sweet nurse who I spoke with most of the time) was ALWAYS there for me and took the time to check in on her own time to see how I was doing. I truly feel that Angie, Dr. Redman and Dr. Ahn especially, saved my life. I can't thank this team enough.

I'm on hold for my third phone call just to set up a follow-up fetal ultrasound, no one is answering their phones ..
