I would like to start off by saying my review is based on the nurses who work here and not the doctors. The doctors have been decent. This is my 3rd pregnancy and I have worked with this office for all 3 of them. My main issue is that there is no compassion, empathy, or decent bedside manners in the way that the nurses speak to patients. The doctor I had was very sweet, and even doubted my gestational diabetes diagnosis like I did. However, some of the ultrasound techs needed to learn some bedside manner. As a plus sized woman I was falsely diagnosed with gestational diabetes and they refused to take away my diagnosis regardless of my perfect readings without taking that awful 3 hour glucose test again. I refused for obvious reasons. I felt sick during and after and sitting for 3 hours not being able to move SUCKS. Most of the ultrasound techs also added rem... read more

The quality of care was fine. The phone service was atrocious. You can't have quality of care if you cannot get an appointment. While they did call me back each one of the times i called and left a voicemail, i sat on hold for 10 minutes each time just to leave said voicemail. Many people do not work jobs that allow them to just pick up the phone when they call you back so actually getting a receptionist/scheduler would provide much needed value. Great experience here! I had a very friendly sonographer named Katrina. She talked through what she was doing and made the experience much more enjoyable. She was patient and kind. She captured all the images we needed quickly. Highly recommend her!
