I was given the order to make an anatomy scan appointment, for the past 3 weeks I've called and have been put on hold for 20+ minutes and left over 5 messages. No call back, still no appointment.

This is for fetal imaging OB ultrasound because I can’t find it on the maps. I have had 6+ ultrasounds with this place and have had ok experience with technicians and staff. The problem is scheduling. You will call weeks ahead of time and they still will decline your call, put you on hold, share inaccurate call hours, and ignore your voicemails. Takes 3+ weeks everytime for me to get a response and they are always out of office hours stated in their voicemail message. By the time I can get in its way later than I was suppose... read more

I would like to start off by saying my review is based on the nurses who work here and not the doctors. The doctors have been decent. This is my 3rd pregnancy and I have worked with this office for all 3 of them. My main issue is that there is no compassion, empathy, or decent bedside manners in the way that the nurses speak to patients. The doctor I had was very sweet, and even doubted my gestational diabetes diagnosis like I did. However, some of the ultrasound techs needed to learn some bedside manner. As a plus sized woman I was falsely diagnosed with gestational diabetes and they refused to take away my diagnosis regardless of my perfect readings without taking that awful 3 hour glucose test again.
