This experience from start to finish has been horrific. It took 3 calls and giving 3 different secretaries my personal and insurance information to get a call back. During my appt, the midwife Lisa called my husband the wrong name 3 times. She was attempting to do a consult with me over zoom while her office phone rang the entire time, making it impossible to hear anything. She asked me to repeat most of what we were discussing. Absolutely poorest experience at 865 Northern Blvd. I have been waiting for nearly an hour and a half for an appointment that was scheduled hours ago Why overbook these appointments and have us patients pay our copay for this wait and service? The office was incredibly small and for pregnant woman (including myself @ 25 weeks) and other women who were 30 weeks (and also complaining of their experience) we were forced to stand with no chairs. During COVID, the waiting room is packed! Unbelievable! I know people have said a lot about waiting over hours at this site, but it’s still surprising to see the flow of patients neither have enough space to wait INSIDE the suite, nor OUTSIDE the suite! I wasn’t comfortable waiting there for an hour! Can’t they do anything to better manage the scheduling? Huge health and safety issue and I’ll try to report to Nassau county as well.
No where to wait. Office is extremely crowded and some patients not wearing masks and no one is addressing it.
They don’t see you right away ! There has been numerous amount of times where I’m sitting in the waiting room for over an hour . This is absurd if the appointments are running behind they don’t call you and notify you instead they have you sitting there as if you don’t have anything to do.
