We were so well taken care of! Everyone was so kind and we always knew what to expect when we came in. Great doctors and nurses who took great care of us.
The lady in the office trudy is amazing there needs to be more people like her in the world. As for the Dr we call Dr doom telling us our trisomy 18 baby would never survive and abort her she needs to find another job and further educate herself. Our daughter is the first surviving trisomy 18 baby at primary children's hosp and the world to ever get full heart repair surgery and a pacemaker put in. She's living a full life and is fully aware. Honestly the worst experience I have had with a fetal medicine office absolutely horrible receptionist completely uncaring i have been to other fetal medicine offices and at least got treated like I matter as a patient and that my concerns were valid (totally feels great being treated the way I have been and going through numerous complications thanks for making me feel like I constantly do not matter)
So far I have been very happy with the clinic I see dr Spencer and he seems really nice. I went in because my blood work was showing vanishing twin or some other things and lo and behold they found a second baby at 16 weeks. I will continue with them and my doctor through out my pregnancy
I had an absolutely horrible experience with Dr. Carpenter. She was rude, belittling, and told me my baby would “100% have a genetic disorder.” When I asked which one she was so sure he had, she said she didn’t have time to name them all off for me. My son does not have a genetic disorder, and is 110% healthy. She was unnecessarily rude and frightening. If I ever need to be seen at a clinic similar to Obstetrix again, I would rather travel to another state than ever be a patient of Dr Carpenter’s again.
