HORRIBLE! I been trying to get in contact with them for over a week to schedule my appt since it was a referral from my OBGYN. It’s impossible to get in contact with them no matter what time of the day you call. When they do answer they say they have “one caller ahead” and you will be on hold for over 10 mins.

Upon noticing the negative reviews that truly don’t align with the experience we had here, I feel compelled to share. I saw Dr. Kfir, as well as Dr. Haydon, in 2022/2023 and thought they were outstanding. Everyone went out of their way to ensure we were taken care of and given all of the information we requested. Oftentimes, life is what you make of it. We had a great experience here and have highly recommended this location to our friends and family.

Dr. Haydon was absolutely amazing, unfortunately I waited over an hour for my scheduled appointment. I kept being told another 10 minutes a couple of times. Would appreciate a heads up prior to the appointment time to make arrangements and accommodate a later appointment time.

The worst front office, not attentive, no follow up on time sensitive matters, and they stop answering the phone at 4:30 when they say they close at 5. The staff is cold and unresponsive, you would think they would do better for a facility that deals with high risk patients but unfortunately they don’t. Looking in to finding another specialist.
