I had Dr. Gaffaney for my first pregnancy due to having gestational diabetes and I really liked how she guided me through my whole journey and she was so sweet and understanding with everything. Also loved my sonographer Denise, as a first time mom she explained everything she was doing and what we were looking at and that really helped me a lot. I have gone through two pregnancies' with them and they are absolutely amazing. The first time Dr. Alkalay took care of my twins and they were so caring during a very scary beginning. Then with my second I had Dr. Gaffaney and she made sure to help with all my worries with my singleton. All of the staff are just so beyond sweet. I even had the manager Mrs. Cary come out to check on me during my NST with both pregnancies'. If/when I have another baby I will for sure be coming back.
Unfortunately, my experience here was disappointing. The wait times were excessively long (~1 hour). The practice seemed more focused on $ than care.
I don't know why but they are always late for appointments. You'll be seen 30 min to an hour after your appointment is made. Honestly wish they would just schedule correctly, people have to take PTO for this
Dr. Alkalay and Gaffney are two of the kindest most compassionate doctors I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I understand that the wait times are long, but it is simply because they CARE about their patients deeply.
