Dr anderson and Dr arraut have helped me the last few months on my 4th and final pregnancy. Thrley knew I had a traumatic birth story with one of my previous births and were extremely knowledgeable and so caring. You absolutely can not go wrong with these amazing caring doctors. If I wasn't getting my tubes tied I would be a returning customer!
I had a really good experience until my last visit . All the staff are friendly except one ultrasound tech. For my visits I usually saw a super sweet ultrasound tech. I cant remember her name but im pretty sure she had red hair. She is the sweetest lady I've ever met. I have a medical issue that causes me to run to the bathroom. Shes always understood and was patient. The last ultrasound tech had brown hair and she wasn't friendly at all. I kept going to the bathroom and she made sure I knew she was annoyed waiting on me. Dr. Fitzwater is absolutely hilarious. He never fails to make us smile when we get to see him. All of the doctors have been great since we started coming here. The receptionist is always very kind and has remembered us and been so friendly. Sometimes the wait can be a little bit, but it is a small price to pay for such good care.
I don't typically write a review but I was a bit frustrated yesterday. My appointment was at 10:30. I did all my paperwork and got everything uploaded before I arrived to expedite the process. We arrived at 10:25. I got my vitals checked at 11:07. They took me back for my sonogram at around 11:30. The sonogram took about an hour and then we had to wait for the doctor to come in and read it. She was in our room maybe 10 minutes and then we were done. We left at 1:00. 2.5 hours there. The wait after your scheduled appointment time is unreal! I mean there are times that you wait hours after your scheduled appointment!!! They dont seem to value their patients time or the fact that some have to travel hours just to get to the appointment. Everything is super clean but the majority of staff seem to move at a glacial pace. Also, its been a month and still haven't received the email with my ultrasound pictures; as they cant print them at your appointment for some reason or another.
