Like others have mentioned, the scheduling at this place is atrocious. My wife arrived just before her 8:00 appointment. She then waited over an hour to have her ultrasound done. Now she has been waiting an hour in the waiting room an hour to see the doctor. She is 8-months pregnant. Find somewhere else to go; at some point this is a safety issue for the soon-to-be moms.
I would love to have written a good review because I liked the ultrasound tech and my appt with Dr. Russell but the wait is horrible!! Minimum of 40 min past your appt time every time I've come. Just don't over schedule if you don't have the availability. It's quite simple.. Unfortunately it's not an elective appt so I can't just leave.
I was brought in for an early anatomy scan due to my prior history. The ultrasound tech was amazing! She made the experience really interesting. I was then supposed to meet Dr Russel but was told after the ultrasound that she couldn’t be in office that day. I was told I’d get a call within 24-48hrs. I never got one so over the course of the next week I called a few times and kept being reassured that I would get a call back that day. I never did. Dr. Russell really cares about her patients. Her follow up is by far the best I have ever had and I am so grateful!
I had a great experience the uktrasound tech was very friendly and knowledgeable and kept the long uktrasound entertaining while maintaining efficiency and accuracy the wait was a bit long to see the doctor but there were people in front of me and I respect the time they take to spend with each patient and they are very thorough in their work
